Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Any new and unused or defective merchandise may be returned for a full refund if it is postmarked within 30 days after the date shipped. Please note that the hangtags must still be attached to the product to be considered new and the boot must not have any signs of being worn outside. We will refund shipping charges only if the merchandise is defective, or if we made a mistake in the shipment of your order.

The credit card used in the original transaction will be credited for the return amount. Once a return is received it may take up to 30 days to be reflected on your credit card statement. If you have questions regarding a return, please send an email to info@pakems.com with the following information:

  • Order Number

We apologize, but we do not credit shipping costs for returned orders. Also, we are not able to return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than pakems.com. To return products purchased at another store, please return the product to the retail location where it was purchased. If the retail location will not accept your return, please call Pakems customer service at (303) 204 5265.
